The Conrad “Connie” Carroll Award
This award IS given in memory of Conrad “Connie” Carroll who served tirelessly for 18 years as a YMCA certified swimming and diving official at all levels of YMCA competition.
Established in 1982, this award memorializes Connie who served in every capacity from timer and head timer to stroke & turn judge to scorer to electronic timing system operator.
